I had the same experience with the same young salesperson. I can only assume she is owner's daughter, otherwise she would never have a job in retail.\r

She basically bullied us into a pair of pointe shoes that didn't fit my daughter--her first pair, completely ruined the experience. \r

My daughter tried on a pair of tights and she said it was unsanitary for people to try on tights before purchase (???). \r

I drive now to the west side of town to buy supplies--I wont deal with them unless I have to.\r
\r
The other sales people in the store are nice--this girl really ruins it.
