I've had a few alignments done at this Firestone location over the last few years with middling to poor results. The first couple of times I took my cars there, it took multiple visits before they got it right. For example, "Oh, they must have forgotten to tighten the bolts on . . ." said the manager after the second visit.\r \r In addition, twice now they've tried to scam me into buying parts (and the associated labor) that I already have. Specifically, they've tried twice to charge me to install camber bolts, claiming that they have never been installed on my vehicle. However, it's plain as day that I already have them installed.\r \r They have also tried to sell me many hundreds of dollars' worth of steering linkage parts that I don't need, claiming my old ones are worn out. They are not.\r \r This last visit was the last straw. The first couple of times I wrote off to an incompetent tech here and there.
