I was a patient of Dr. Himes as an adult. The assistants do the bulk of the work and they are very hesitant to ask him questions. This greatly affected my treatment time because I had to go back in several times to have things fixed that the assistants said was ""just fine"". He never comes around the side of the chair, but talks to the back of your head. He seems very personable until he has your money -- up front. If I asked more than a couple of questions, he became hostile. This, in turn, made him impatient while working on me. Several times, I would swear he was being rough on purpose. I don't recommend him to anyone and I certainly would never take my children to him.
