I started there 13 years ago when it was rated one of the best in town and had a variety of cutting edge treatments and top professionals. Took my own pets plus rescue dogs when I fostered. They were top notch & I had my own Vet. Now, it's always someone new. You are going to a clinic, not to 'your' vet's. Now I'm finally moving on because the front desk staff is a bit disconnected with the need for customer service. My pet is facing old age & health issues and I, or he, don't need the aggravation of a '9 to 5' philosophy.
