On 03/13/09 my wife and i drop by to pick up her dress at kid's city. we noticed on staff there who already have an attitude. what supposed to be a quick transaction took almost 2 hours. to make the long story short my wife ordered a gold dress and instead she gets a beige or as kathy (staff at kid's city) calls it dark gold but only after she keeps insisting that it looks gold to her. my goodness gracious this people. i'm not blind even a kid could tell you the color is way off. anyway, my wife doesn't like confrontation and neither i am, i rather go my way with no problem but i had enough of being a floor mat. i don't get it why they keep forcing us to accept that dress when my wife don't want it? why would you want something that it is a different color from what you've ordered? we haven't even taken home the dress yet and they refuse to give us a refund? tracy the so called manager was the same... she keeps on telling us that we don't know the dress business. what the heck! she doesn't know business you don't do switch and bait!!! You don't show an apple and you get an orange! i'm very disappointed in kid's city!!! DO NOT SHOP THERE PEOPLE. i'm telling everyone. i'm ashamed that we even referred many people there!..
