THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST, TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE, I WAS A CUSTOMER FOR 5 YEARS, MY WIFE TOTALLED HER CAR IN NOVEMBER WE AGRED ON A SETTLMENT IN DECEMBER, HERE IT IS MARCH AND I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY MONEY, THEY LIKE TO SEND STUFF TO THE WRONG ADDRESS TO BUY THIER SELFS MORE TIME, EVEN WHEN THEY PAID MY LIEN HOLDER OFF THEY GAVE THEM THE WRONG ADDRESS TO GET THE TITLE, THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT DOESNT EVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND OR RETURN YOU CALLS, SAVE YOUR SELF SOME ANGUISH AND FRUSTRATION AND GET BETTER INSURANCE. EVERYTHING THEY SAY IS A LIE. WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY
