I left a needlepoint (that took me over a year to complete) to be made into a pillow. I asked that the work not exceed $150. When I went to pick it up they wanted $375.00!!!!! I asked them to meet me half way - I would go as high as $200 - I was essentially called a liar and told that they would only consider reimbursing me for the kit - $70.00 - never got a check and they still have my pillow!
Pros: Great Selection
Cons: Get a quote before getting custom work done!!!
