Casa Bella is HORRIBLE. The glasses and silverware were oily and dirty, the bread was stale, and the food bland and mushy. (Imagine eating TV dinner at a restaurant.) The service is disorganized and staff seems overwhelmed, which indicates bad management. Skip this tourist trap and walk just one or two more blocks for a superior experience.
