We decided to stop for dinner after a long day of shopping. We sat upstairs by a window where we were able to view lots of fun foot traffic. \r

She approached us very kindly and took our order.\r

Hot roast beef sandwich with horse radish on the side (Main) \r
1-Clams (appetizer) \r
1-Caesar salad (Main)\r
2-Lobster bisque (appetizer)\r

All of our food came out at the same time instead of consecutive flow as requested.\r
Time it took to get our food ? 30 minutes \r
The hot roast beef was COLD and the horse radish did not come out with the sandwich. When I asked the waitress about it, she said that it was put on already. Clearly there was not any on the sandwich. Twenty minutes later when she decided to come back to ask us how things were, I told her that there was no HR on the sandwich. She said she would get some for me. She came back 20 minutes later with an excuse that she was busy. I had already finished my meal and did not need it anymore. Note that it was a slow Sunday with 5 tables and 2 waiters. She even had the nerve to charge me the extra .50 cents for it. The Lobster bisque we though was very good but everything else was average.\r

When all said and done, the food was not very good, the service was poor and the atmosphere was par. \r

This place truly lives up to it?s name.
