I took my daughter for her first visit to Dairy Joy. The owner didnt ""listen"" to her order request. Rather than make a scene, I ordered an identical order with chocolate ice cream rather than the vanilla. After paying for 3 orders, I saw that the young employee used hot fudge rather than the requested chocolate. I didnt mind paying for the first incorrect order (I didnt even tell them it was wrong), but didnt want to pay for 2 incorrect orders. I just asked to pay for 2 rather than 3 orders. Rather than keep a satisified repeat customer, the owner threw my order in the trash, gave my money back & informed me he didnt want to serve me. He did acquire a new company spokes person who will freely share my unpleasant experience rather than load up company for a trip to dairy joy.
