While Mama Mia's has beyond amazing Italian food, you should think twice about how it is being handled. Once again I will say no negative things about the food. Even though the people that own the restaurant are hard working, they do not know how to operate a sanitary restaurant. Having first hand knowledge of what goes on behind the scene it is not where it needs to be. The waiters & waitresses do not see it fit to thoroughly wash their hands before preparing any type of order. Some items are left over from the previous night and wait to be served the next day. How they're health score was a 92 I will never know. Also, the help does not give their main focus on the customers. People are waiting way too long to receive their checks and receipt in return. If you're looking for food that is extremely good, but not the most sanitary, then you have your spot.
