El Jarrito in Katy, Tx. has the best fajitas I've ever tasted. The steak fajitas are flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The tortilla is, of course, home made, and the margaritas are wonderful. (Try the blue one.) Service is always prompt. We usually have chips, salsa, and charro beans on the table within a minute or two of being seated. Charro beans..they are wonderful, just the right amount of cilantro. Yum! Fresh guacamole can be ordered prepared at the table. I would recommend other items on the menu, but I always order the fajitas..why mess with perfection?
Pros: Delicious food, prompt service, outside dining.
Cons: Can be loud.
