Angelica from Capital Realty LLC. is not the professional she pretends to be. Do not contact her for any reason. Do not even step near her office.
I had the most terrifying experience in my life with her so called ""broker service"". She never got the phone on a first try, she put me on hold every time I was lucky enough to reach her, she was extremely rude by telling me ""Nobody is that difficult"" and wasted my time by not answering 90% of my questions. Instead she gave me some general and made-up answers.
On the top of everything I found out that not all the offers, she published are real. She only put them on-line in order to get contacted. And when somebody does she tells them that that place is gone, but she has another one at the moment and it has a higher price.
When I read the reviews, written by all the people before me- it is like they took the words about this woman out of my mouth.
Save yourself the headache and find another broker to help you. DO NOT SEARCH HELP AT Angelica from Capital Realty LLC. YOU WILL NOT GET IT!!!
