My fiance and I moved to Bellevue a year ago from Franklin, and were disappointed to leave all of our favorite restaurants a 20 minute commute away. Our favorite Mexican place used to be ""Nachos"", but after trying US Border Cantina, we are hooked! Their chile rellanos are genuinely the best I've EVER had in my life- and I've been to Mexico several times. I can't speak on the authenticity of it like others have commented on, but I know it is owned by the people than run it, and whenever we have out of towners looking for great Mexican, this is the place we go- and everyone loves it. Their chicken tacos are also to die for, and their salsa is the best in the WORLD. THAT definitely tastes authentic- not too thick or too sweet, and a nice peppery fresh taste. Whenever we get take out, we ask for extras, and whenever we eat their, we clean them out!! Also- the price CANNOT be beat! For dinner for two, we easily get out under $20 and FULL! For lunch, the prices are even better, and a $15 tab is the norm! Don't miss this jewel, and don't listen to the haters... Maybe they're too used to Taco Bell to appreciate a real, great Mexican dinner!
