Although the customer service specialist was very helpful over the phone, the service call scheduled was completely ignored. I called making sure that I would receive a call when they arrived and never received a call. A call to them was made at 3:30 saying that someone still didnt come to our home to fix a cable interruption. We had an appointment from 12-4:00 and nobody ever showed up. Taking a day off of work or other priorities is always a problem...especially when nobody shows up at all!!!!!! After no one showed up I made a call at 4:15 and they said the computer log said a technician had been at my house at 3:52. This is completely false. A mere phone call saying they would be late or would reschedule would have made me less upset. I tried contacting the Corporate Office but unable to do so, but still trying. This is the worst cable company, alongside the horrible cable service. Honesty is a virtue and I think things were falsely added into their computer saying a visit to my house was made. If notice in the morning was given to me, a whole day would not have had to be wasted. This is the most ridiculous situation I have had to deal with. Unfortunately, no other cable service providers are in our neighborhood and we have to stay with Brighthouse. I would rather watch our tv with all of the interruptions than have to waste and spend a day like my service call day. more
