wow! after having trouble with the service from my dealership, i was referred to bradshaw's by a friend who swore by their quality. i will not go anywhere else from now on! the staff at the desk, the management, and the technicians were so friendly, honest, and helpful that i wasn't sure i was in a service center. they didn't talk down to me-they explained things so that i could understand, but without talking to me like i was dumb. (that's a first!) i just wanted them to take a look at a problem so that i could be armed with a second professional experience when i confronted my previous service center about the shoddy work they had performed. bradshaw's was more than happy to help me and in being so friendly have gained a lifelong customer!!
