I went to have my eyebrows done before a special function with my husband. I should have known better than to try a new place! I have naturally thin and arched brows and just wanted them cleaned up and shaped. I explain specifically what I wanted. (I have said this explanation many times to plenty of others who barely speak English without a problem understanding and delivering exactly what I want.)
The waxing left me with barely any hair on my eyebrows left. What hair she did leave was random, unclean lines that I had to go home and fix.
This was the worst waxing experience I have EVER had! In over ten years of waxing this service was the most expensive and the most poorly done.
I attempted to talk to the manager about how awful they were, instead even attempting to make up for my lost eyebrows, she just essentially said "Oh Well, they will grow back". I was also accused of being too particular, she thought they looked fine when I came out to pay. She also said that it was my fault because obviously I did not explain myself properly.
Vanilla Day Spa is absolutely the worst spa I have ever been in!
Pros: Example: best croissants in town
Cons: Overpriced, Cramped, Unprofessional
