We used MM in Pflugerville, TX (No 189/285) on 3/26. The cleaners left 5 white spots/splatters on our black granite counters. When I could not remove the spots I called MM on 3/29. On 3/30 an employee looked at the spots and offered to have them buffed or polished (she even said MM would replace them if necessary). Then we received a call from Thelma at MM who said they would do nothing. The owner did not return our calls.
I would stay far away from this company!
