I had been a regular at this place for two and a half years, and turned on many coworkers and friends onto their food. However, I and my close friends/coworkers refuse to go back to this place after a recent event that exemplifies terrible service and management decisions. My sister had placed an order here, and when plans changed last minute, we called back immediately (within 3-5 minutes of our order) to cancel it. We apologized for the inconvenience, and the manager began to scream at her. Afterward he called two or three times leaving angry, threatening messages on our phone about calling the cops, all over a canceled order. The food may be good, but if that is the sort of response I get to one inconvenience (because canceling orders NEVER happens in the food service industry, right?), without even an apology from the guy (as if what he did was absolutely called for), there is no way I'm spending my money here again.
