Recently, we ordered from Castro's. It took them over 2 hours to deliver our food. They were unapologetic and unhelpful. There excuse was that they had ""two big tables"" to serve. It was without a doubt the single worst experience I have had with a restaurant in my 6 years of living and eating in Brooklyn. The food is not worth it. Avoid at all costs.
