If your BMW is out of warranty, take it to these guys! Seriously, they only deal with BMWs so they know the cars better than anyone I've ever found, they are more than reasonable with their prices, and to beat all...they actually care. They have a nice selection of cars that are actually for sale, and they do service work too. If I'm not mistaken, they charge ""actual time"" instead of ""book time"", and their labor rate was $80/hr. Try to get the dealer to charge that! All I know, is the work was done quick, done less expensive than I planned, and they washed my car free of charge when it was done. Excellent find! Highly recommended.
