I had a very disappointing experience getting an European Facial at Kasias. The facialist was alone at the store, so while I was getting the facial, she was interrupted at least 10 times to answer the phone, attend the door and customers. The facialist was very inexperienced - she did not know what kind of skin I have, did not know what to do with the acne (she had to wait for her boss to consult), and did not know what product to use(oily skin should be treated differently than dry skin). She was good at extracting black and withe heads, was pleasant, and did her best. Later, I tried to explain the experience to the manager/owner, but she brushed me off by saying that I should have bought more expensive procedure and product. I was more upset at the owner's attitude of lack of responsibility and pushing to sell more products.
