PS Properties has handeled our HOA dues since the subdivision began. They have yet to make any improvements. There is a surplus in the budget and they say that they are going to do things to improve our subdivision, but in the two years that I have lived here, I have yet to see anything done other than people being sent letters because their trash cans were on the street on the day of trash pickup. We were promised that a park for our subdivision would be in the works, yet when I question it they don't reply. A light was to be put up at the entrance to the subdivision 2 years ago, and it is still not up. They raise dues, and charge the homeowners a hefty fee to manage the money, but we do not see any improvements that are being made with this money. Very unhappy with the way this property company handles business!!!
Cons: They are a con!
