This is a gym for the whole family, regardless of age or fitness level. There is something for everyone who is willing to work hard--you don't have to be a boxer to benefit from the training programs. The most important thing to bring with you is determination. Once you explain your individual goals, the trainers will dedicate themselves 100% to help you achieve them. We are a military family and we all benefit tremendously from working out at Angel's gym. We recommend this gym for spouses/kids of deployed military members to help de-stress. You will reap the benefits from working out here.
