I was searching for a dress for my daughters wedding and did not want to pay ""mall"" prices but wanted a beautiful gown. A friend of mine had told me about Cassandra's and I gave them a try. I have never been to a consignment store before and was not sure what to expect. I was greeted with a warm ""hello"" and was immediately asked what I was looking for. I told the girl what I needed and she escorted me to a display and started to pull gowns that would work. When we could not find what I needed the sales girl asked the other staff members if they had an idea for me. Two other staff members jumped up and started going through the store to see what we could find. A gown had just come in that had not been put out yet that they found for me. It was perfect! Not only was the staff attentive and gracious they found the perfect dress!!! They also assisted me with accessories. The customer service was warm and wonderful. I will tell everyone I know that if they want fabulous personal attention to go to Cassandra?s!
