I would definitely NOT recommend this store to anyone. I was told numerous times prior to the purchase of the overpriced wedding dress that it would be a custom dress that was designed by Roxanne (the owner). The salesperson, Bonnie, wouldn't even let me take a picture of the dress because it would ""leak her design."" This was ENTIRELY a lie, and once I spoke to the owner about this, she refused to believe what I said saying it ""didn't make any sense"" and she was sorry ""I misunderstood what she told me"" and all the dresses come from China, not the shop in Bartlett (where Bonnie said they came from). There was no misunderstanding, I had several friends and my mother present when she told us those lies. Also, my dress is a month past the date they told me it would be here- and they said it wouldn't be ready for another 2 months. I would warn anyone considering buying a dress there against it. After all this, I have heard many more stories about how dresses came in VERY late or the zipper had ripped off right after they purchased the dress and they REFUSE to work with you. They seem very nice and helpful (I loved the place before I bought the dress), and now that they have my money- the customer service goes completely out the window. DO NOT BUY A DRESS FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!
