You cannot cancel or return despite what the sales person advises you. Repeatedly lied to about the location of the tv, arrival date, and when asked to cancel order advised all sales final (on receipt), but was verbally told could be returned, etc. I will NEVER shop there again and didn't check them out until after this happened so now I'm stuck with a tv I don't want from a disreputable business.
