The customer service there is horrible. There is nothing worse than someone that is completely rude to their customers. The guy at the front desk talks to you as if you were dumb and ""nope, all the other lanes are reserved"", we only have one left. It was clear that HALF of the place was NOT in use, we were about the 6th group of the night, and when we had called for reservations before hand, the guy said they don't do reservations. Then, the ""reserved"" group came in with 4 people and had two people per lane. I can't decide if the guy had a problem with ethnicities, ignorant, or just hated his sad pathetic job of working at a bowling alley. I've been there a couple of times and this man is consistent with his rudeness and incapability with customer service, this company needs a new staff quick, or else they will be losing a lot of customers.
Pros: Bowling is always fun and they are clean
Cons: Horrible Service and people, go someplace else where they care.
