The owner of Blue Jay Cleaners must be the rudest individual I've ever met in New Haven. She forgot to give me a ticket, then blamed me, and responded with a incredibly snarky ""Yeah, whatever,"" when I politely explained that she had given me a receipt, which I showed her, but no other paper ticket. And all this after I had paid a somewhat exorbitant $40 for the drycleaning of one sweater and a suit! Go to another dry cleaners; you deserve better than that.
