I can't believe they didn't provide any notification to members about the closing. I ride my bike 25mi from NJ to work and used the gym to shower. I was screwed standing in front of the closed gym after my ride into the city. I ended up having to pay $25 to shower at Equinox. This is ridiculous. Problems happen, but to not communicate to your customer base in inexcusable. \r

If they are in fact going to re-open, how many customers do you think they would have retained if they were open, honest , and communicated exactly what was happening and what steps they're taking to resolve?\r

It was a good, relatively cheap place to work out. Too bad. \r
