My wife made a reservation for the two of us to have dinner at Anthony's for New Year's Eve on December 3, 2009 through opentable. We were informed on the 29th that our reservation had been canceled because they were closed for a private party. I called to talk the manager about the situation and see what could be done. I was informed that the party was scheduled over a year ago and that it was just a computer problem that happen sometimes. The person I was speaking with informed that all that they could do was offer me a reservation for the 30th. That is unacceptable.
