Hideous! Stay far away if you need actually help. First, they make it impossible for you to see a Dr.--then, they punish you for not coming in sooner to see a Dr.! Dr.'s have no empathy and can actually be quite mean! Please pay out of pocket before you even begin to navigate this useless system they call a ""HealthCare"" facility. By the time you make it out of this Kaiser, you will have spent a fortune anyways!!
