have no idea where the other reviewers ate - it must not have been Bistro R. This restaurant is HORRIBLE. Went there for lunch with my husband - what a joke. You think you're going into some nice place, since it has the name ""bistro"" in it. The tables are made of formica, and the decor is hideous. The food is even worse. I ordered a Santa Fe chicken salad. The salsa from the salad came straight from a jar, likely Old El Paso. There was barely any grilled chicken on the salad. Also, the roasted red peppers and jalapenos on the salad were clearly from a jar. If you're going to serve salsa of any sort in a ""bistro,"" it better be homemade or you better buy the good stuff (so that I don't know it's not homemade). Same thing with the peppers and jalapenos - roast your own peppers and use fresh jalapenos. It's not that difficult.
