Went for consult about Keratin protein smoother w/ Catherine & quoted 300-400. Told I would only need to touch up hair w/ flat iron once in awhile. My hair would produce good results since it wasn't real curly just a little wavy. Charged 450, & I have to use flat iron EVERYDAY. I have breakage, I am not sure why. I was at function in Tampa and hairdresser who does this process said my hair should have turned out much smoother. Not sure what went wrong. 450 down the drain, not going back.
Pros: commplimentary hand massage
Cons: charged more than quoted, results not so good
