I tried to book a service using a gift certificate that I received. However, the gift card expired - it is written in very small print on the back. I spoke with owner and he was not accomodating or service oriented. He stated that his policy was that you have to purchase a service and then they credit you half of what you spent. My gift card was for a large amount. I was so surprised that the owner would not be more driven to honor the gitt card in light of the economy. He did not seem to care that he was turning away an upset customer. There are plenty of spas in the Philadelphia area that we can choose from. I certainly won't be recommending this place any time soon!
