Great neighborhood place. I like the Village Cork mostly for the atmosphere and the small plates. The wine selection is okay--all pretty moderately priced--which is nice for a dinner/restaurant atmosphere but I like to go to a wine bar to taste a glass or two of wine that I wouldn't take a chance on at dinner--and I don't find that here. Still, it is a great place to meet friends and nibble on delicious, fresh small plates and cheeses. It's a very small, intimate place and very cozy.
