Based on these wonderful reviews, I booked an appointment for color with Marissa.
It was going to be my big 21st birthday and I wanted to look nice. I even booked a couple months in advance only to be disappointed. =(
I wanted to dye my hair all one color. I have black hair and wanted a light brown color. However, Marissa suggested that it will not go with my skin tone. Trusting that she was the ""best"", I went along with her recommendation.
At the end, I could barely notice the highlights. Actually no one did. Nor did I get any compliments. LOL. It was also pricey for such results.
However, I have to say that she is precise and she took her time--which I really appreciate. Therefore, I gave her a big tip.
I do not plan to return. She needs to work on her listening skills. Furthermore, her vision was not that great.
