I have been searching for a new Salon since moving to the South End from the North End and haven't had any success, until now. I had been going back to the North End and it was very inconvenient. I am a fanatic about the ""Do"", so as you can imagine, I approach every Salon with a little trepidation. I called on a Sunday, spoke at great length and they made me feel very comfortable right from the start. I asked when I could come in and they said we can fit you in today, Derek would be happy to stay a little late if it's convenient for you. I arrived, they greeted me warmly, Derek was right on time, asked me a lot of fact finding questions, and we agreed to a definitive cut and style. He was the consummate professional and did everything and more that we discussed. I have a follow up appointment this coming week and am certain that i FINALLY found a home in the South End. My thanks go out to Derek and the entire staff at Anita Kurl for a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this wonderful establishment!
