I was not impressed by the service at all. First I drove up to the valet - there were 3 young men talking to each other - and nobody came up to my car. I had to interrupt their conversation and ask them if they worked for valet. I was the only person there and there was no line or anything. Next I walked into the lobby - which is small - and there were three people standing behind the reception area and nobody greeted me. Then I went up to the bar and met a friend to have a drink. The bartender was rude and when I asked if I could taste a glass of champagne before ordering it he didn't seem to like that and slammed the bottle in front of me with an empty glass and walked away. Eventually he returned and made a snide comment. The decor implies elegance, but the service is not up to par. Not going back.
