We just had our new windows installed. From beginning bid process through installation, we've been impressed with the professionalism of the entire operation. The crew was obviously very experienced and worked well together. We'd asked for a few enhancements that were completed beautifully., showing they are so much more than just a window company. They were careful of my carpets and furnishings, cleaning and restoring everything back to its original position.
We have always received prompt response to our calls. The manager even came out a second time to answer our questions before we selected Northwest.
