I guess if you have $150 to spend on a manicure and pedicure, you can really get the royal treatment at a high-end spa, but for the $35-$40 range, I think this place is pretty darn good. Lee and his wife (I forget her name right now) are really friendly and most of the rest of the staff is nice too. They have good massage chairs and they not only put a scrub all over your feet, but a cooling mask too. Then they wrap your feet in hot towels, which feels great. I would go to this place all of the time, but I don't live in NW Portland and the parking in this area is a total nightmare. I usually circle around for a while and am lucky to find something within 3 blocks, which makes it interesting walking back to your car with still wet toenails in those thin disposable flip-flops. haha Make sure you bring your own flip-flops!
Pros: Great work, great service, cheap
