Hannah and Ishbel are very knowledgeable in their fields. The class includes pilates, yoga, cardio and strength training and instruction accommodates the needs of the individual student. I'm in the best shape I've been in for almost 20 years, coming back from an injury. Highly recommend this for anyone who is recovering from an injury, wants to get in shape or truly wants to feel energized. Delightful! Pros: Excellent Instructors- Cons: Suffer withdrawls when I can't make it to class. more
