Last night my boyfriend and I drove down to Louisville from Cincinnati to see a show at the Louisville Palace. Beforehand, we ate dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory, and after dinner my boyfriend had a carriage take us to the theater. The carriage driver was smoking and it kept blowing in my face. She said she would come back to take us back to the restaurant where our car was when the show was over. We called the card she gave us after the show and they said they closed down for the evening because business was slow. I told dispatch that we were depending on the driver to take us back to our car...she called me a liar when I told her that the carriage driver said she would come back for us. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Pros: Wasn't even romantic b/c the driver kept talking on cell.
Cons: Left us stranded. The driver smoked during the ride. Rude.
