I love the pizza from Napoli but, living in wind lake they wouldn't deliver. Which is fine, we could have driven the 6 miles and picked it up but, they agreed to deliver here. They delivered to our house twice. Once I ordered a stuffed pizza and they delivered a regular crust pizza. Well, I called them and talked to them about the mix up and asked if they could send the correct pizza. I was told that there was no way they could have mixed up the order. I politely told them that I was absolutely positive I ordered a stuffed pizza and that I'm not sure why they would imply that I was lying. Well, then they informed me that if I wanted the correct order that the girl who took the order would have to pay for the pizza. I think that is ridiculous. If you are going to make the girl pay for the pizza, you certainly shouldn't be putting that on your customers in an attempt to make them feel bad. I said not to worry about it, Im not going to make someone working the counter at a pizza place lose that much money. Tonight I ordered $30 of food from them to be delivered.. this time after taking my order and telling me how much my order was, in the middle of taking my credit card number, management told the girl on the phone to tell me that they were going to charge me an extra $7 to deliver to me. Being that I have tipped the driver $6-$10 every other time they have delivered to me. I cancelled the order and will never order from Napoli again and will tell others to do the same. Pathetic customer service and pathetic management.
