I'm a student athlete at one of the local collegs and I had been having problems with my shoulder and lower back . One of my friends referred me to Body Basics and even though I was skeptical that massage could help, I felt a lot better even after the first massage. My shoulder hadn't moved that freely and with as little pain in years. It took a couple more sessions to get my back feeling better, but now it is doing really well. Also, the therapist there showed me some new stretches that really helped keep my shoulder in better shape. I will definitely go back if my shoulder or back starts to bother me again.
