I love being able to make appointments online, and the reminder e-mail/ phone call. It's a lovely, calm shop with a great staff who meet you with an offer of tea, water, or wine. Beth is completely awesome and talented, so I don't have to book an appointment somewhere else to get my eyebrows done too. They also sell my favorite locally made body butter and perfume!
