We had been having problems with our kitchen sink drain backing up when we use the washing machine. The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail why that clog was happening. While he was there, I also had a few other drains snaked. It was more money that I wanted to spend, but there was a discount offered for the 2nd and 3rd jobs. I would call Roto-Rooter for service again.
