I had been at my doctor’s office and had high blood pressure. I was looking for some type of exercise that would help with that help get the blood flowing and offset carpal tunnel in my arms. I came to give it a try, and after a month and a half, I started noticing changes taking place. My posture improved, and as I felt the blood flowing through my body, my body was loosening and warming up. I began to get healthier, so I began to participate a couple times a week and it’s a good thing. I enjoy Dahn Yoga. \r
