1st appointment no tires had to return next day.\r
2nd appointment incorrect tires fitted. When my husband questioned Nate he was told yes they are the ones you asked for but it is not stamped on the tire.\r
We had to return to the store with leaflet from manufacturer to prove incorrect tires on car. Nate assured us that it would be put right.\r
The solution we were offered the next day by Dave was to get our old tires back or pay an extra $200 for the tires we originally asked for and were quoted for. The original price quoted was about $70 less than other quotes. So after inconveniencing us with 3 visits they then wanted to charge us $130 more than their competition.
Pros: none failed to make right their mistake
