The canopy was nice, but I was waiting for coffee and ice, fuel, and a window cleaning for a long time. There was three people that were just standing around talking. As I waited the other guys were rushing around helping other planes. I kept looking at the people standing around waiting for service. They went their separate ways ignoring me and what I had requested. Finally a truck pulled up to fuel me, I requested my ice and coffee again. 10 minutes later I finally got it but had to leave with a dirty windshield. Poor service in my mind.
